Per-segment muscle (trunk/arms/legs) and subcutaneous fat % have no numeric healthy ranges — the device only ranks those against a same-age, same-BMI peer group on its own display. Read them as trends.

Body age isn't a separate measurement either. Omron derives it from weight, body fat % and resting metabolism, so it restates numbers you've already entered. It's logged and charted here, but not commented on.
Age limits on the HBF-375: under 10, the monitor reports only weight and BMI. Under 18, it shows body fat and muscle but not visceral fat level, body age, or same-age comparison. Above 80, Omron treats results as reference only.

Where the muscle table comes from: the HBF-375's own manual doesn't print one. These bands are Omron Healthcare's, published in the manual for the sibling HBF-514C. Your device shows a relative peer-group bar instead of these labels, so the two may not always agree.
